We visited this UPS store couple of times for returning or shipping parcel. Hema from the front desk so helpful and answering all questions whenever we asked. Appreciate your gesture!

I contacted RAJ from Canada by phone and by email before I had to fly to Illinois. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions quickly. When I arrived in Hoffman Estates, we arranged to meet at the house and Raj and his nephew were a pleasure to deal with. They took all the belongings and transported them to the UPS store. We were in constant contact and they proved to be reliable and efficient. They itemized, packaged and boxed the items and a few days later, I went to the store and paid the bill. They were a pleasure to deal with during a difficult time for me and my family. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Raj.
